How are products shipped?
• All in stock artwork usually ships within 3-5 business days. Custom design artwork usually ships within 7-10 business days.
• Packages in the lower 48 US states, are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. Delivery is estimated within 1-5 business days. All Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS): with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
• UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day® are available for an additional fee. Please contact us by phone at 717-253-0037, or by email at artworkdoctor@embarqmail.com for a shipping quote, or more details.
What is your return policy?
An Authorized Return Number (ARN) is required for all returns and it must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. To receive an ARN, call Customer Service at 717-253-0037 within 7 days of receiving the order, and state:
• Product name
• Invoice number
• Reason for return
Returned, unopened product must be in the original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned products. Any products returned without a visible ARN will be refused by Artworkdoctor.com.
What do I do if I receive damaged package(s)?
Packages received in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to Artworkdoctor.com.
• Call Customer Service at 717-253-0037 as soon as you realize your order has been damaged.
• Save all shipping boxes for 10 business days.
